I have been taking 10mg of terazosin daily for 19 years for BPH. I am symptom free. I get a yearly digital examination and PSA. The only side effect that I have experienced is nasal congestion. ihave been on this medication terazosin for about 2 months odsage is 2mg.every night, i wake up at night about 2.30 in the early morning after 4 to 5 hours of sleeping.i wake up the persipration.this is bothering me. urine flow has improved.

Problem is: I now have sinus stoppage at night therefor I must take a sinus pill to help my breathing.
