I'm 62 and have been using the patch for 2 or 3 years. It worked great but now I'm starting to have some incontinence problems again. I'm wondering if the treatment is starting to lose it's effectiveness. I guess I'll have to go back to the urologist.

3 years on the 3.9 mg patch and doing well.

It seemed to help somewhat. I stopped the patch after about 6 months and was better than when I started using it - although still having some of the problems just not as bad.
